CampbellWare Utilities

The following xterm/console/Terminal utilities are available:
- Walk - walks a directory structure, executes a command at each level
- Keytest - echos back key codes and mouse events reported by ncurses getch()
- Datasizes - reports the size in bytes on the current machine of several C data types
